Thank you for supporting Real Experience. Each piece is made-to-order and fulfilled through Real Experience's production partner. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works for domestic and international orders.
Order Processing Time
All products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, The fulfillment partner begins production right away.
All T-Shirts:
Production Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Time (U.S.): 3–5 business days
Total Fulfillment Time: 4–7 business days
All Jeans:
Total Fulfillment Time: 3-5 weeks for delivery
Please note that production times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.
How Shipping Rates Are Calculated
Domestic U.S. Shipping
Shipping rates for U.S. orders are based on the preset flat shipping rates from Real Experience’s fulfillment partner. Shopify automatically applies the correct rate at checkout once you enter your address.
If Real Experience is running a free-shipping promotion, it will override these preset rates at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are also determined by TapStitch’s preset shipping fees for each region. When you enter your address, Shopify identifies your shipping zone and applies the correct rate.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Free Shipping Policy
Real Experience offers free shipping during select promotions or site-wide events.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after the label is created.
Wrong Address, Return-to-Sender & Delivery Issues
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Because production begins quickly, Real Experience can only make changes or cancellations before your order is shipped. Once it's in production, Real Experience can no longer modify the address.
Return-to-Sender
If a package is returned to Real Experience due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, customers will not be charged a second shipping fee for reshipment. Real Experience wants to make sure you receive what you ordered without paying twice. Just reach out to Real Experience via the contact page, social media or by text or phone call and Real Experience will offer you free shipping on your second attempt.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages
Real Experience knows how frustrating this situation can be. If tracking shows the package is still in transit or delayed, we will help investigate with the carrier.

If the package is marked “delivered” but you cannot find it, RE asks that you first check nearby areas, with neighbors, or with your building manager.

If it appears the package may have been stolen, Real Experience will work with you on a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis. This may include a discounted replacement or a reshipment depending on the situation.
While Real Experience cannot guarantee free replacements for every lost or stolen package, RE always aims to support customers as reasonably as possible.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or order changes are only possible before the production partner ships your order.
Once your order enters the production or shipping stage, RE can no longer cancel or modify it.
If you need to request a cancellation or change, please reach out immediately after placing your order.
International Customs & Duties
Depending on your country’s laws, international orders may require customs fees, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing times may also affect delivery windows.
